Mr. Amit Gorkhe is a young and dynamic leader and the founder of the Novel Group Of Institutes in the year 2003. A believer that every student must hone to think critically and that a student should be trained to accumulate facts and be a 21st-century leader. With this passion and belief, he laid the foundation of the school with a vision to create 21st-century thinkers. He constantly supports the school to achieve its vision of building a new generation of students who are empowered with knowledge, wisdom, and character and make them responsible and positive global citizens.
Mr. Vilas Jeurkar is a true leader and believes in the laissez-faire style of leadership where he completely trusts and relies on his employees and helps the employees showing their creativity and resources to meet the school goals. His righteousness and high-thinking philosophy have laid an ideological foundation for the school. A strong believer in the holistic development of every child in school and guides students through counseling and art of living workshops.
Dr. Priya Gorkhe is the support system of the school and works along with the Principal for the effective management of the school in all academic aspects and monitors the administrative areas, student health, and housekeeping staff. She continuously guides, supports, and looks into the academic development of our students.
Mr. Sameer Jeurkar is a constant support in the areas of infrastructure, school transport, and all the outsourced agencies. He ensures that all the resources of the school are used in the right manner and guides the school in its development and mentors and guides the team in the utilization of teaching resources for better learning outcomes of a student.
“Education is not the learning of facts but the training of the mind to think”, as Einstein truly states, we at Novel International School truly believe that we live in a world where knowledge is no longer an indicator of success. The school offers an outstanding education program that is robust in its academic aims and innovative in its instructional approach.
